The buyer is seeking Construction Management/General Contracting services for the Colorado Sequisemiquicentennial Pedestrian Walkway project. The project involves creating an accessible pedestrian connection between the Colorado State Capitol Grounds, Lincoln Veterans Memorial Park, and Civic Center Park. The primary component is an elevated walkway with space for commemorative art. The buyer anticipates using a CM/GC approach with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The selected firm will work closely with the architect/engineer throughout planning, design and construction phases.

- Provide construction management and general contracting services
- Assist with project assessment, design, construction, and warranty period
- Evaluate availability of materials, labor, project schedule, and costs
- Work with architect/engineer on planning, design and construction phases
- Provide cost estimates and establish Guaranteed Maximum Price
- Select and manage qualified subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship and prevailing wage requirements
- Implement value engineering and cost control measures
- Coordinate project schedule and construction activities
- Manage quality control and safety on the project site
