Spartanburg County Government

Buyer is seeking qualified vendors to supply promotional products for numerous departments within Spartanburg County Government. These products will be used to endorse, recruit, and create a sense of affiliation, unity, and pride within the county government and its activities among visitors, recruits, and staff. The contract will be available for use by all County Departments including Parks and Recreation, Communications/911, Office of Emergency Management, and others.

• 4/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must provide Certificate of Insurance
• Must be registered with County
• Must provide Workers' Compensation documentation
• Must complete Drug Free Workplace Act Statement
• Must be in compliance with SC Ethics Act

• Supply branded promotional products for multiple county departments
• Create products with various county logos and branding
• Provide quality promotional items in quantities of 200
• Support recruitment, endorsement, and unity initiatives
• Deliver promotional materials within specified timeframes
• Include set-up fees in product pricing
• Accommodate requests for additional items beyond standard list
• Work with multiple department logos within county government
• Support county-wide activities and public engagement efforts
• Create brand affiliation materials for visitors, recruits, and staff
