The system tracks reusable medical equipment, case carts, and transportation totes through the sterilization process. Support includes software updates, 24/7 troubleshooting, clinical assessments, and specialized modules for loan equipment and endoscope management.

• 7/1/2025 - Base Year Period Start
• 6/30/2026 - Base Year Period End
• 6/30/2030 - Final Option Year End

• Vendor must be Original Equipment Manufacturer or authorized vendor with verification letter

• Provide CensiTrac Instrument Tracking System software updates and upgrades
• Deliver 24/7 product support via telephone and email
• Conduct clinical assessment based on-site visits
• Provide staff training for the tracking system
• Support the LoanerLink module for comprehensive loaner management
• Maintain ScopeTrac Advanced module for endoscope reprocessing
• Troubleshoot CensiTrac hardware issues
• Support sterilizer electronic integration for load tracking
• Manage GovCloud hosting environment
• Respond to emergency support calls within 2 hours
