Buyer seeks proposals for a Summer Youth Work Experience Program funded by the New Jersey Department of Labor. The program has three components: Option A matches up to 90 youth (ages 16-24) with employers for paid work experiences; Option B provides virtual career skills building classes; and Option C updates the existing landing page and implements digital marketing outreach. The work experience period runs from May 19 to October 15, 2025, with each youth working 180 hours with an employer and 20 hours completing workforce readiness training.

• Must be an employer in Hunterdon or Somerset counties
• Must have at least one open part-time position available
• Must follow federal and state wage and labor laws
• For Option B, provide off-the-shelf virtual career skills-building platform
• For Option C, experience in digital marketing and webpage updating

• Match youth participants (ages 16-24) with employers for summer work experiences
• Provide virtual career skills-building platform for youth participants
• Conduct introductory webinars on using the online skills platform
• Update existing landing page for program by April 14, 2025
• Execute digital marketing and outreach campaign targeting specific zip codes
• Maintain detailed files for all youth participants and worksite sponsors
• Ensure worksites comply with federal/state wage and labor laws
• Process tax-free stipends for youth participants upon program completion
• Monitor youth participant progress through administration portal
• Collect exit evaluations and conduct satisfaction surveys
