Buyer requires maintenance and support services for the FireToss Software Application used by the Fire Research Laboratory. This includes renewal of GE Intelligent Platforms Proficy iFIX SCADA and Historian software licenses with technical support and version upgrades. The contract will provide preventative maintenance engineering support services and manage renewal of multiple iGlobalcare licenses. The work supports the Fire Research Laboratory's mission to investigate fire scenes, flashover studies, and electrical fire cause analysis.

• Must be manufacturer or Federally authorized/certified provider
• Must be registered and Active in System for Award Management (SAM)
• Technical personnel must be within 50 miles of ATF facility

• Provide preventative maintenance engineering support via telephone during business hours
• Deliver 120 hours of engineering support for troubleshooting and emergency repairs
• Manage renewal of iGlobalcare licenses for multiple software components
• Support GE IP Proficy iFIX SCADA and Historian software
• Troubleshoot, maintain, update and support the FireToss application
• Provide help desk and remote support services
• Facilitate emergency procurement of hardware when needed
• Perform routine system upgrades and patching for cybersecurity requirements
• Support software for fire scene reconstruction and analysis
• Provide subject matter expert access for complex system issues
