• Provide hardware and software for citation issuance and management
• Offer customer service support including phone, website, and IVR
• Process payments, notices, adjudications, extensions, and payment plans
• Integrate with License Plate Recognition system
• Generate reports on revenue and monthly activities
• Handle delinquent collections including DMV and FTB processes
• Perform emergency cost recovery billing
• Develop and maintain online portal for citation processes
• Provide ongoing training and technical support for city staff
• Ensure secure data management and compliance with regulations
