The buyer seeks qualified consultants or organizations to conduct equity audits and community health equity needs assessments. The project aims to advance equity in health, wellbeing, and workforce development. The consultant will work in coordination with the Director of Health and Family Services and the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The project is part of the buyer's initiative called 'Acton for Proaction'.

• Conduct equity audits
• Perform community health equity needs assessments

• Identify barriers to equitable healthcare access
• Develop strategies for improving health equity
• Assess workforce development needs related to health equity
• Create action plans for addressing identified equity gaps
• Engage community stakeholders in the assessment process
