Buyer seeks providers to deliver Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) services for youth in Summit and Medina Counties. Services include outreach, assessment, case management, and delivery of 14 program elements focused on education, employment, and training. Providers must meet WIOA and TANF requirements and achieve specified performance measures. Contracts will be for SFY 2026 with potential renewals through SFY 2029.

- Able to conduct business in the State of Ohio
- Has written personnel policies including Drug-Free Workplace
- Has up to $1,000,000 or more of general liability insurance
- Has most recent audit
- Provide outreach and recruitment of eligible youth
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individual Opportunity Plans
- Deliver 14 required program elements including education, employment, and training services
- Provide case management and follow-up services
- Meet or exceed CCMEP performance measures
