Buyer requires comprehensive Information Technology and Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Services support for its Virtual Enterprise network and standalone workstations. Support will be provided across all directorates, functional areas, and integrated product teams of the F-35 Joint Program Office. Services include program management, enterprise performance management, architecture, emerging capabilities implementation, life cycle management, operations, data management, service desk support, IT training, and cybersecurity. The contractor will manage the JVE network for unclassified communications while coordinating with contractors responsible for classified systems.

• DCAA Approved Accounting System may be required
• Appropriate personnel and facility security clearances

• Support Joint Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network and standalone workstations
• Provide cybersecurity and information assurance services
• Manage service desk for 3,100+ users
• Implement enterprise architecture and performance management
• Develop automation solutions to streamline IT operations
• Create contingency and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure seamless connectivity across networks
• Coordinate with contractors managing classified systems
• Implement DoD security protocols for sensitive data
• Support approximately 5% annual user growth
• Manage third-party solution integration
• Provide IT training services
• Perform life cycle management for IT systems
• Establish enterprise data management workflows
• Monitor system performance with industry standards
• Respond to emerging requirements implementation
• Support all JPO directorates and integrated product teams
• Ensure consistent IT service delivery
• Mitigate risks to IT service availability and integrity
• Facilitate unclassified communications across the program
