The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform Closeout and Savings Audit Services for funding applications under the California School Facility Program. The selected firm will generate audit reports in adherence to performance audit requirements in California Education Code Section 41024. Services must comply with audit requirements for local educational agencies receiving funds after April 1, 2017, under the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998.

- Continuously engaged in providing compliance audit services for at least five years
- Reference at least five successfully completed project closeout or savings audit services
- Proposed Key Personnel have at least five years of experience in compliance audit services
- Proposed key personnel must be Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
- Generate 149 closeout audit reports and 152 savings audit reports
- Perform audits in compliance with California Education Code Section 41024
- Conduct audits in accordance with Governmental Auditing Standards
- Collaborate with District to identify necessary audit documents
- Provide proposed fees for Closeout and Savings audits
