The buyer is requesting Statements of Qualifications from wastewater design firms for consulting services. The selected firm will assist the buyer with on-call services including optimization and evaluation of existing pump stations and other infrastructure. The contract is envisioned to be completed within a 2-year timeframe with an option to extend for an additional 3 years. The work will address needs identified in the buyer's 6-year Capital Improvement Plan and General Sewer Plan.

• 5/12/2025 - Initial Scope Submission from Selected Firm

• Perform pump station condition assessments
• Evaluate previously developed pump station asset health scores
• Assess and provide design recommendations to improve pump station efficiency and capacity
• Develop preliminary and final design plans for pump stations and wastewater systems
• Assess potential impacts to pump stations by private development projects
• Prepare technical documentation for all project deliverables
• Participate in troubleshooting operational deficiencies of existing lift stations
• Engage in preliminary design to optimize existing infrastructure
• Assist in other miscellaneous engineering services as needed
