Engineering Services for DRA Project Implementation

Hilldale Water District

The buyer seeks engineering services for implementing approved FY 2025 DRA project(s). The engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from planning to closeout. This includes preparing specifications, managing the bidding process, overseeing construction, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The buyer encourages proposals from minority-owned, woman-owned, and Section 3 eligible businesses.

• 4/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Prepare plans and specifications for water infrastructure project
• Distribute bid documents to potential contractors
• Assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation
• Assist in execution of construction contracts
• Hold pre-construction conference with selected contractor
• Perform construction inspection and provide periodic reports
• Approve all payment requests for construction work
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Manage project through closeout phase
• Coordinate with Public Service Commission on project progress
