The contractor will perform onsite administrative reviews, document findings, evaluate corrective actions, and close reviews within required timeframes. The contractor must have experienced reviewers trained in CACFP regulations and review procedures.

• 2/14/2025 - RFP Issued
• 3/7/2025 - Questions Due
• 4/3/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• At least two years' experience conducting state-level CACFP Administrative Reviews
• Reviewers must have completed internal and external CACFP training
• Reviewers must have completed CACFP reviews within the past two years

• Complete compliance reviews in accordance with USDA CACFP regulations
• Conduct onsite reviews at CACFP Center Sponsor sites
• Document administrative reviews in Iowa CNP data system
• Evaluate and respond to review corrective action
• Close administrative reviews within six months
