Affordable Housing Office

• Provide one-on-one personal finance coaching to 15-20 low-income families
• Conduct 8 in-person financial education workshops in English and Spanish
• Assist participants in setting financial goals and creating budgets
• Help participants analyze and improve credit and reduce debt
• Provide follow-up services 6-12 months after initial coaching
