The buyer is seeking qualified vendors to provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Services. The program will serve 3 and 4 year old students for a minimum of 180 instructional days. Vendors must maintain required staff ratios, provide appropriate classroom environments, and follow district and state guidelines. Professional development and adherence to safety measures are required.

• 3/6/2025 - Questions Due
• 4/1/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/19/2025 - Anticipated Award Date

• Current DSS licensing certificate or NYSED certificate for facility occupancy
• NYS teacher certification for teaching staff
• High school diploma and 6 college credits for teaching assistants
• High school diploma for teacher aides

• Provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten services for 3 and 4 year old students
• Operate program for minimum 180 instructional days per school year
• Maintain required staff to student ratios in classrooms
• Provide appropriate classroom environment and instructional practices
• Follow NYSED guidelines and SCSD Code of Conduct
• Ensure buildings and classrooms meet facility requirements
• Provide instruction if physical locations are closed
• Adhere to COVID-19 safety measures
• Recruit and submit registration documents for new students
• Participate in mandatory professional development
