• Demonstrate knowledge and experience as a Physician Health Program provider within past 5 years
• Provide minimum of three references for similar previous contracts within past 5 years
• Have medical director who is South Carolina licensed physician with 5 years addiction treatment experience
• Have physical presence in South Carolina with brick and mortar locations
• Comply with state and federal laws on protection of confidential personal health information

• Perform initial evaluations for mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring system for professionals with potentially impairing conditions
• Provide assessment, case management and monitoring services
• Assist in providing early assessment, intervention, education, and referral
• Conduct random toxicology testing
• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention resources
• Furnish a user-friendly website with resources for participants and public
• Provide quarterly reporting of statistical information to the Boards
• Conduct satisfaction surveys for program participants
• Provide presence at Board meetings and reports on licensing/disciplinary matters
