The buyer seeks to expand community services for youth affected by violence in Saint Paul. Buyer aims to create a network of local organizations and businesses providing comprehensive support to build resiliency and prevent ongoing cycles of violence. Services include counseling, crisis care, housing assistance, education, workforce development, and legal advocacy. Buyer is looking for providers to serve youth ages 12-24 in high-priority areas of Saint Paul.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic supports for youth affected by violence
• Offer crisis care and outreach services
• Provide housing counseling and relocation assistance
• Deliver education and workforce development services
• Offer legal advocacy and support navigating the judicial system
• Assist in removing barriers to obtaining housing and employment
• Support youth ages 12-24 years old in high-priority areas
• Address issues of housing instability and low household finances
• Provide services for food insecurity and mental health support
• Collaborate with ONS to disrupt patterns of violence in the community
