Buyer seeks a qualified Family Child Care Home provider to partner in operating an infant/toddler center in Orleans. Buyer will provide a furnished facility for up to 12 children and subsidize rent and utilities. The partner will be responsible for all day-to-day business operations, including staffing, billing, and curriculum development. The goal is to create a successful, non-tribally operated private business opportunity while meeting community childcare needs.

• ECE educational background
• Degree in early childhood development or similar field
• Demonstrated experience operating a business

• Develop staffing plan for up to 12 children (mix of infants and toddlers)
• Create budget projection based on number of children served
• Design yearly calendar and hours of operation
• Plan day-to-day scheduling including meals and snacks
• Develop curriculum incorporating Karuk language and culture
• Implement child development assessments
• Manage staffing, including ratios and wage budgets
• Handle monthly billing and financial operations
• Prepare and purchase daily food
• Maintain equipment and manage ongoing supplies
