- Advanced skills in conflict coaching, resolution, and social justice mediation
- Experience with Student Conduct programs and adjacent services
- Knowledge of Texas state and federal laws for two-year colleges
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Certifications in mediation, Title IX, and related areas
- Develop project plan and timeline for implementation
- Draft and revise relevant policies, procedures, and processes
- Develop new Student Code of Conduct
- Design and implement comprehensive training program
- Develop plan for holistic transformation of Student Rights and Responsibilities Office
- Reintegrate SRRO with organization-wide programs and services
- Design framework to assess and evaluate impact of changes
