• Minimum 10 years experience in higher education, social services, or governmental agencies
• Advanced skills in conflict coaching, resolution, and social justice mediation
• Experience with Student Conduct programs and adjacent services
• Knowledge of Texas state and federal laws for two-year colleges
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Certifications in mediation, Title IX, and related areas

• Develop project plan and timeline for implementation
• Draft and revise relevant policies, procedures, and processes
• Develop new Student Code of Conduct
