Buyer seeks a vendor to provide security alarm monitoring services for approximately 355 systems including fire, burglary, and elevator alarms. Services include 24/7/365 monitoring, alarm response within 5 minutes, and real-time access to monitoring systems. The vendor must maintain UL certifications, employ NICET certified technicians, and provide redundant telecommunications infrastructure. The contract is for one year with option to renew for up to three additional years.

• UL certification UUFX compliant with UL 1981 & UL827
• Minimum 3 years in business under same company name
• Must have DMP Receiver for DMP IP accounts/panels
• Must employ NICET certified technicians
• Must maintain appropriate licenses, bonds and insurances

• Monitor approximately 146 fire alarm systems
• Monitor approximately 148 DMP burglary alarm systems
• Monitor approximately 61 elevator alarm systems
• Provide UL-certified central station monitoring services
• Manage cellular/IP monitoring for 94 accounts
• Respond to alarms within 5 minutes
• Perform daily security system arming checks
• Maintain 24/7/365 staffed monitoring center
• Program DMP IP panels and receivers
• Provide real-time access to automated incident reporting
