The buyer seeks a Primary Partner to continue and expand an existing Community School Model in four schools. The partner will provide technical assistance, manage operations, hire staff, and coordinate services. The project aims to transform schools into community hubs offering integrated academic, health, and social services. The contract period is for the 2025-2026 school year with potential for two additional years.

• Must be a private, non-profit social service agency
• Experience in creating and supporting similar community school projects
• Capacity to meet requirements of the Community School Model
• Ability to provide staffing plan including experienced Site Coordinators

• Provide fiscal management of community school-based expenses
• Hire and supervise Site Coordinators for each location
• Identify, contract, and manage Content Partners for services
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program
• Collaborate on needs assessment for each Community School
• Support students' social and academic development
• Develop program evaluations
• Provide technical assistance to support community school model
• Implement expansion of full service community schools model
• Engage in community collaboration and partnership development
