The buyer seeks professional services to provide substitute teachers for grades Pre-K to 12. The buyer requires a 100% fill rate for teacher absences across approximately 1400 teaching positions. The buyer needs substitutes for traditional elementary, middle, and high schools as well as special schools serving Pre-K and special needs students. The contract will be for one year with two optional one-year extensions.

• Provide Delaware Class A, B, or C substitute teachers for grades Pre-K to 12
• Recruit and employ all substitutes
• Provide payroll, benefits, and employment services for substitutes
• Provide 24-hour toll-free number/online platform for substitute requests
• Ensure substitutes meet state health and background check requirements
• Provide daily reports on substitute placements and shortages
• Allow schools to request specific substitutes
• Provide substitutes for staff who leave or call in after school begins
• Remove substitutes immediately if complaints arise from principals
