The buyer seeks to conduct a Local Government Operations and Community-wide Greenhouse Gas Inventory. The project includes assessing emissions from government operations and different sectors for the larger community. The buyer requires a detailed report with emissions breakdowns, methodology for future tracking, and recommendations for additional emissions sources. • Conduct Local Government Operations (LGO) GHG Inventory
• Conduct Community-wide GHG Inventory for Teton County
• Assess emissions from different sectors including transportation, energy, and waste
• Provide breakdown of emissions attributed to tourism and construction
• Develop methodology for future annual GHG emissions tracking
• Create training manual for staff to update and manage data
• Use standardized methodology (e.g. ClearPath) for emissions calculations
• Update previous inventory estimates for data comparison
• Account for emissions differences between Tier 1 and Tier 2 electricity
• Provide recommendations for tracking emissions from food, reuse economy, and commercial deliveries
