The buyer is seeking a qualified supplier to support its new turnaround initiative aimed at accelerating student outcomes in 7-9 underperforming schools. The selected partner will provide intensive, on-the-ground coaching and instructional support to strengthen Instructional Leadership Teams, coach principals, and develop teachers. Key focus areas include lesson planning, data analysis, and professional development.

• Proven track record of success in supporting school turnaround efforts
• Experience providing leadership coaching and instructional support in urban school settings
• Familiarity with DPS curricula or assessments
• Capacity to provide frequent, on-the-ground coaching across multiple schools

• Facilitate Instructional Leadership Team step-back meetings to analyze data and refine priorities
• Provide targeted coaching for ILT members to improve leadership capacity
• Conduct frequent on-the-ground instructional coaching cycles with principals
• Lead professional development sessions on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
• Develop structured coaching cycles focused on lesson planning and internalization
• Facilitate progress monitoring check-ins to assess student outcomes and instructional effectiveness
• Train school leaders on analyzing interim and unit assessment data
• Provide recommendations for instructional adjustments based on data trends
