The buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide educational courses and services for their Probation Department. The selected contractor will develop and deliver educational programs for incarcerated youth, including curriculum development, instruction, and providing necessary materials. The contractor must comply with juvenile information policies and maintain strict confidentiality. Services are to be provided in accordance with the detailed scope of work outlined in the RFP.

• Minimum of two years experience providing Educational Services
• Ability to comply with County's terms and conditions
• Ability to comply with Scope of Work requirements
• Ability to comply with proposed annual budgets

• Provide educational courses and services
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials
• Conduct classes and training sessions
• Track student attendance and progress
• Provide books and supplies for courses
• Ensure compliance with juvenile information policies
• Maintain confidentiality of student information
• Submit regular reports on program outcomes
• Coordinate with Probation staff on student needs
• Adapt courses for incarcerated youth population
