Term Contract for Landscape Design Professional Architectural/Engineering Services

The buyer is seeking professional landscape design services for discrete, small projects such as investigations, studies, reports, design of small projects, and related services. The contract will be on an 'as needed' basis for one year with options for renewal. Services include site analysis, planning, design, stormwater management, and construction administration. The buyer aims to increase efficiency in obtaining professional services through this contract.

- 3/12/2025 - Deadline for questions
- 3/28/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- At least one full-time staff member that is a Professional Landscape Architect
- Horticultural experience on staff
- LEED AP/ Sustainable SITES expertise preferred
- Prepare site analysis and programming
- Create site plans, grading plans, planting plans, and lighting plans
- Develop stormwater management plans
- Provide construction administration services
- Assist with campus and university strategic planning
- Coordinate landscape design between University and A/E teams
- Prepare evaluations, analysis, and feasibility studies
- Investigate problems and prepare recommendations for corrective actions
- Comply with and promote University initiatives
- Prepare cost estimates and reports
