Buyer is seeking to replace its current Analytics Client Tier 3 for ACL Licenses with ACL Robotics Enterprise Platform Solution. The procurement is limited to businesses certified as minority or women-owned business enterprises. The anticipated contract term is up to one year, with licenses having an effective date of June 1, 2025. Buyer requires a responsible Diligent-authorized reseller to provide specified ACL licenses for data integration tools.

• 3/21/2025 - Questions Due Date
• 3/25/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/1/2025 - License Effective Date

• Must be certified by Diligent as an authorized reseller of all line items
• Must be a current City-certified M/WBE by the due date and time

• Provide ACL Robotics Enterprise Platform Solution licenses
• Replace existing Analytics Client Tier 3 for ACL Licenses
• Deliver electronic receipt of all required licenses
• Ensure manufacturer warranties are guaranteed
• Order licenses from the manufacturer upon receipt of NTP
• Fulfill any on-site support included in warranties
• Maintain continuity of business operations with June 1 effective date
• Provide ACL Analytics Enterprise Solution licenses
• Supply ACL Analytics Enterprise Professional User licenses
• Deliver Analytics Client licenses
• Establish electronic billing system
• Ensure manufacturer maintains appropriate insurance for on-site work
• Support data integration for viewing and analyzing data
• Comply with NY City information security policies and standards
• Facilitate security accreditation tasks for provided services
• Accept electronic funds transfer payment method
• Comply with NYC security regulations in city premises
• Submit accurate documentation supporting expenditures
• Maintain separate and accurate records for audit purposes
• Retain all contract-related records for six years
