The buyer is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk for the South County Administrative Complex Redevelopment project. The project involves constructing approximately 200,000 sf of new office and support space, including parking and site improvements. The selected Construction Manager will provide pre-construction services, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and manage the construction process. The project also includes developing a preliminary master plan for the 28-acre site.

• 3/25/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must have active State Contractors Certification or Palm Beach County Certificate of Competency
• Must be properly licensed/certified in Florida and/or Palm Beach County
• Must have annual gross revenue greater than $9 million

• Provide pre-construction services
• Develop Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
• Construct approximately 200,000 sf new office and support space
• Assist design team in evaluating master plan options
• Publicly bid trade contracts
• Manage scheduling and coordination of the project
• Evaluate infrastructure and site work development requirements
• Achieve LEED certification or high performance green building standards
• Conduct safety programs and claims management
• Perform project close-out activities
