The buyer seeks to procure ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional Fulfiller User licenses. The buyer will make one award to the successful proposer offering the lowest price meeting the technical requirements. The buyer is procuring 100 licenses with an option to purchase up to 50 additional licenses as needed. All licenses will expire on October 1, 2027.

• 3/4/2025 - Date of Issue
• 3/25/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 10/1/2027 - License Expiration

• Must be a New York State small business as defined in State Finance Law §160(8)
• Or be certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law
• Or be certified pursuant to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans' Services Law

• Provide 100 ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional Fulfiller User licenses
• Offer unit price for up to 50 additional licenses
• Ensure all licenses expire on October 1, 2027
• Submit bid on provided forms to PIFB@osc.ny.gov or via hard copy mail
• Comply with OSC Executive Order on Procurement Integrity and Procurement Integrity Procedures
