- Perform pre-renovation asbestos inspection of existing building areas impacted by renovation
- Conduct pre-renovation lead-based paint inspection
- Identify visual evidence of mold contamination and conduct air sampling
- Survey for other hazardous materials including PCBs, petroleum products, and Freon-containing equipment
- Prepare remedial action plan and cost estimates for hazardous material removal
- Provide 3rd party abatement monitoring and air monitoring if abatement is required
- Prepare project design and bid specifications for removal of identified hazardous materials
- Assist in review of future abatement contractor proposals
