The project consists of two separate playground areas for soccer and baseball. The buyer requires ADA accessible playgrounds designed for two age groups. The project includes installation of poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing and optional shade structures.

- Provide and install playground equipment
- Install engineered mulch safety surfacing
- Create ADA accessible playgrounds
- Design for two age groups: 2-5 years old and 5-12 years old
- Install poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing
- Provide 3D renderings of playground designs
- Complete installation by July 15, 2025
- Install shade structures (as add-alternate)
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, CPSC and IPEMA standards
