The buyer is seeking a photographer for Maloney High School for the 2025-2026 school year. The photographer will be required to take various photos including senior portraits, student IDs, proms, sports teams, concerts, and other school events. The photographer must have expertise in yearbook photography and provide images on flash drives. The contract may be renewed yearly for up to 5 years.
- 3/25/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- 8/1/2025 - Start taking pictures
- 10/15/2025 - Complete yearbook photos
- 11/1/2025 - Deliver photo packages
- Demonstrate proven ability in providing similar services for other school districts
- Have expertise in yearbook photography
- Take senior class photos in Fall
- Photograph all students for yearbook and PowerSchool
- Capture Junior and Senior Proms with formal portraits and candids
- Photograph sports teams
- Cover Winter and Spring Concerts
- Document Fall and Spring Productions
- Photograph Graduation
- Cover 2 additional events TBD by the school
- Provide candid group photos of teams and student clubs
- Deliver completed photo packages by November 1, 2025
