Services will be divided by regions, and vendors may bid on one or all regions by position type. The contract period is from June 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030.

• Authorized to conduct business with the State of Kansas
• Possess experience and resources necessary to provide described services
• Ability to provide temporary staff to agencies throughout awarded region(s)

• Provide temporary staffing services across Kansas for various position types
• Conduct background checks on potential temporary staff
• Maintain a pool of qualified and available temporary staff
• Conduct quality assurance checks with ordering agencies
• Submit weekly invoices for services provided
• Provide quarterly usage reports and pay administrative fees
• Offer conversion options for temporary staff to permanent positions
• Provide 24/7 emergency staffing request services
• Comply with all state security regulations and policies
• Maintain proper insurance and liability coverage
