• Provide 2 years of audited annual financial statements
• Have total assets under custody of at least $1.5 trillion
• Have total market capitalization of at least $1 billion
• Provide securities lending services for minimum of 10 years

• Provide safekeeping and custody services for various investments
• Collect coupons and monitor income due to the County
• Create and maintain records of securities held in custody
• Provide monthly activity statements and reports
• Offer cash management sweep accounts
• Interface with Bloomberg Order Management System
• Provide disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Offer securities lending services
• Provide online system access for viewing custody accounts
• Price a wide range of assets including money market instruments
