• Minimum of five years experience in real estate appraisal services
• Valid Real Estate Appraisal license issued by Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado
• Capability to provide thorough and accurate USPAP-compliant appraisal reports

• Conduct thorough inspection of subject properties, including interior, exterior, and surrounding environment
• Document property condition, features, and characteristics affecting value
• Research and analyze recent sales of comparable properties within local market
• Evaluate current market conditions and trends impacting property value
• Apply appropriate valuation methods (Sales Comparison, Cost, Income Approaches)
• Prepare comprehensive appraisal report detailing findings, analysis, and valuation methodologies
• Ensure report complies with USPAP guidelines and specific requirements
• Be certified and licensed in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado
