• 3/18/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Previous experience designing Public Safety Answering Point or Emergency Operations Center
• Familiarity with applicable standards for intended use
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing public works projects

• Conduct site survey and create site master plan
• Perform spatial needs assessment for EOC and parking garage
• Develop schematic design plan and preliminary construction drawings
• Prepare bid-ready construction documents, including drawings and specifications
• Provide opinion of probable cost with designer of record signature
• Design approximately 15,000 square foot Emergency Operations Center building
• Plan prefabricated parking garage with approximately 250 spaces
• Ensure compliance with Public Safety Answering Point or EOC design requirements
• Maintain physical presence at worksite during key project points
• Produce coordinated documents for Contractors, Owner, and FF&E Vendors
