• Review rate filings for individual, small group, and large group health insurance plans
• Conduct actuarial review of Medicaid rate case
• Assist with ACO budget reviews, hospital budget submissions, and healthcare reform policy analysis
• Prepare analyses and summaries on insurance costs and healthcare trends
• Testify at public hearings regarding analyses and findings
