The buyer seeks a contractor to manage the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The contractor will assist in expanding the reach of ongoing campaigns to a wider audience, particularly targeting traditionally under-reached Black and Latinx communities. The project involves developing communication plans, managing influencer campaigns, creating resource materials, and enhancing website content. The contractor will work closely with the Community Engagement Campaign (CEC) committee to promote water conservation, tap water value, and infrastructure protection messages.
