• Must demonstrate sufficient experience in design engineering related to Scope of Work

• Perform surveying and right-of-way mapping
• Develop schematic designs for roadway elements
• Conduct environmental studies and prepare environmental documents
• Implement public involvement activities
• Prepare plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)
• Provide project management and administration
• Assist with bid process and construction phase services
• Develop traffic control and detour plans
• Design drainage systems and prepare hydraulic reports
• Coordinate utility relocations
