  • Substantial experience with community involvement during planning and design phases
  • Substantial design experience related to complex construction of sports facilities
  • Experience in innovative design methods for building efficiencies and cost containment
  • Provide preliminary design services (10-15% schematic design)
  • Conduct site development and planning
  • Perform infrastructure and environmental impact analyses
  • Prepare project schedule and cost estimates
  • Assist with professional and technical service procurements
  • Coordinate with project team and stakeholders
  • Develop master project schedule
  • Produce high-level construction schedule
  • Create preliminary design reports and updates
  • Present findings and conclusions to MSA and HSMC
