The buyer seeks proposals for title services related to court proceedings property tax foreclosures. • 3/1/2025 - Contract Start Date
• 3/4/2025 - Addendum Issued
• 3/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/28/2030 - Contract End Date

• Provide foreclosure title reports within 30 days of request
• Provide tax-title title reports within 15 days of request
• Include all interests, encumbrances, and liens of record in title reports
• Provide vicinity maps with affected property boldly outlined
• Identify all causes of action affecting the property
• Provide full legal descriptions with notations for discrepancies
• Include names and addresses of all persons with interest or lien
• Provide electronic copies of all required documents
• Provide one update or supplemental title report at no additional expense
• Provide County Treasurer's Deeds for tax title strips
