• Five years of experience performing similar work
• Successfully completed minimum of three similar projects in last five years

• Facilitate meetings with Contract Administrator and Recreation and Parks Department staff
• Facilitate three public workshops/meetings
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings/interviews
• Conduct community online survey
• Complete preliminary draft and allow for 30-day public review
• Incorporate feedback into final draft
• Refine plan based on Recreation & Parks Commission feedback
• Present plan to City Council
• Deliver 10 physical bound copies of final Master Plan
• Submit final approved Master Plan to Michigan Department of Natural Resources
