  • Submit a technical proposal no more than 20 pages in length
  • Demonstrate prior experience with media planning and placement
  • Submit a completed cost sheet
  • Develop innovative, data-driven advertising strategies for national and regional campaigns
  • Execute media strategies including research, negotiation, booking, and trafficking
  • Provide media attribution across all channels, including traditional and connected TV
  • Create key performance indicators to inform creative and media strategies
  • Drive quality and quantity of visitors to grow tourism-related tax revenue
  • Provide ongoing reporting including real-time analytics dashboard and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with UOT's SEO/PPC and social media contractors
  • Present strategies and budgets for media planning and placement
  • Acquire software licenses and subscriptions required for the work
  • Process invoices from third parties as needed
