Buyer seeks a vendor to assist in establishing, implementing, and administering a program providing surety bonding support services and assistance. The program aims to help businesses, especially D/M/W/SBEs, become bondable, access bonding, or increase bonding capacity. Services include an annual bonding workshop, strategic consulting sessions, technical assistance, and outreach. Buyer requires a platform to manage the program and generate reports on participation and outcomes.

• Establish and implement surety bonding support services program
• Provide bond readiness assistance and technical support
• Conduct annual bonding workshop

• Develop and manage program application platform
• Create recruitment and marketing plan for program
• Provide one-on-one meetings with program participants
• Track and report on program outcomes and success rates
• Collaborate with surety agencies and subject matter experts
• Develop co-branded marketing materials with NTTA
