The selection process will be fair and competitive. Buyer is authorized to contract for various professional services including architecture, engineering, and construction management. The contract will be subject to the buyer's Board's approval.

• Must be appropriately certified and licensed
• Must be insured
• Must maintain a staffed office within 75 miles of District

• Provide architectural services for construction and maintenance projects
• Offer landscape architecture services
• Deliver engineering services for school district projects
• Conduct environmental services assessments
• Perform land surveying for district properties
• Provide construction management services
• Offer special services in financial, economic, and accounting matters
• Deliver legal and administrative advice
• Maintain a staffed office within 75 miles of the district
• Participate in virtual pre-conference via Teams
