• Project Manager has served as PM on three similar projects in last ten years, one within past five years
• Superintendent has served as Superintendent on three similar projects in last ten years, one within past five years

• Repair spalled, loose, delaminated, and damaged concrete on slabs, walls, and columns
• Replace sealant at joints and cracks
• Apply elastomeric coating to repair areas
• Install new traffic bearing membrane system
• Repair and coat exposed steel elements
• Repair masonry and cement plaster
• Re-stripe parking spaces and traffic markings
• Replace ADA signage
• Clean and pressure wash concrete surfaces
• Coordinate work phasing to allow continued parking deck use
