- Review Flexible Employees' Benefits Board's administration of Flexible Employees Benefit Program
- Review SEIB's compliance with Ala. Code § 36-29-19.1
- Review accuracy of reports related to third party administrators' performance guarantees
- Conduct dependent audit for State Employees' Health Insurance Plan
- Provide expertise, advice and recommendations as requested
