- Complete Form 1095-C for Employer Shared Responsibility (ESR)
- Fulfill mailings to employees
- Submit electronic filings to the IRS
- Conduct full-time (30+ hour) tracking and eligibility determinations
- Provide compliance reporting assistance
- Secure employee consent for electronic statement delivery
- Prepare forms for non-active employees (COBRA, retirees)
- Assist with appeals of any assessed penalties
