• Conduct full-time (30+ hour) tracking and eligibility determinations
• Provide compliance reporting assistance
• Secure employee consent for electronic statement delivery
• Prepare forms for non-active employees (COBRA, retirees)
• Assist with appeals of any assessed penalties
