The buyer seeks bookkeeping services for their nonprofit foundation. The selected provider will handle monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, audit support, and virtual CFO services. They must have experience with nonprofit accounting and fund management. The contract is for one year with potential for four one-year renewals.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Active CPA certification in Colorado
• At least 10 years of professional experience in accounting and finance
• 4-6 years experience in budget development, audit preparation, and nonprofit finance

• Conduct monthly bookkeeping activities
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist with audit preparation and support
• Provide budgeting and forecasting services
• Offer virtual CFO advisory services
• Process and file Form 1099s
• Attend quarterly board meetings
• Maintain accounting software and data feeds
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
