• Replace legacy CAD and RMS system with modern, integrated cloud-based or on-premises solution
• Provide emergency and non-emergency call handling and event management
• Implement field reporting and document management capabilities
• Enable crime analysis with historical, current, and predictive trend identification
• Ensure NIBRS reporting compliance and NextGen 911 functionality
• Integrate with existing systems like IAPro/BlueTeam, Axon/Evidence.com, SECTOR, and TraCS
• Migrate existing data to new system
• Provide comprehensive training for staff
• Establish long-term maintenance and support contract
• Ensure 99.99% system uptime excluding planned maintenance
